• Groups (more than 20 people) operate by prior reservation.
• Early peak seasons (field trips, school trips, etc.) close early, so please make your reservation as soon as possible. Admission is only possible at the time specified at the time of booking.
• You can cancel your reservation until 1 day prior to the reservation. If you haven't made a reservation without canceling your reservation, you will not be able to make a reservation for 6 months.
• Reservations are available for 400 people per 30 minutes. If you cannot make a reservation, please try another time zone.
• If the group does not make a reservation in advance, the waiting time may be longer when entering, and parking lot access is not possible.
• Tickets issued are limited to the same day.
• In principle, parking for group-watching cars that have been reserved in advance, but parking may be difficult when the parking lot is full.
