Reservation for Docent Program

• The docent program is free, and offered in four languages (Korean, English, Chinese, Japanese).
• The docent program is available for 20 people. If the number of the audience exceeds the capacity, it would not be possible to offer the docent program.
• The docent program can be booked 30 days before the desired date by order of arrival. (not available for age 10 or under)
• It is not possible to make a reservation for other programs upon cancellation before the program or no-show.

• Please present the text message sent upon your reservation to the information desk of the Exhibition Hall.
• The lower grade elementary school students should be accompanied by their teachers.

Please stick to the following rules.

• The teacher (guide) should accompany the students to protect our precious cultural assets, maintain the order of exhibition facilities, and to prevent accidents. Please provide precautions for visiting the history hall in advance.

• Please keep silence and do not run in the entire area of the history hall.
• Please switch your phone to vibration mode before entering the exhibition hall.
• You are not allowed to have food in the entire area of the history hall.
• Please do not touch the showcases and exhibits in the history hall.
• You are not allowed to use flash and tripods.
• Please do not disturb other people by wearing excessively informal outfits like slippers.
• The Seodaemun Prison History Hall has the right to refuse entrance to people who are deemed to be a disturbance to other visitors in the history hall and may ask such visitors to leave.
